Unlike a business which offers a product from a single company, we draw on the products and services of many highly-rated insurance companies. We follow strict criteria when choosing the companies we represent and constantly monitor their performance. Our compensation system creates an incentive for us to keep our customers satisfied. Therefore, you can expect us to do all we can to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Chuck Spencer graduated from the University of South Florida in 1975. He served eight years in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Aviator and Aviation Supply Officer. Chuck has over twenty-three years of experience in the insurance industry. Chuck is a Past President of Gwinnett Association of Independent Insurance Agents. He has been married for thirty-three years, and has two children. Charlie and Jessie, Charlie is active in the Agency.
Mary Alice Spencer also graduated from the University of South Florida in 1979 and has twenty-two years of insurance experience. Fully licensed in property, casualty, life and health, Mary Alice also serves as the agency’s office manager. She has been married to Chuck for 33 years.
Rusty Broome is a graduate of Auburn University, where he acquired a BBA/Management degree. Rusty has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. He obtained CIC (Certified Insurance counselor) designation in 1989. Rusty served as the President of Gwinnett Association of Independent Insurance Agents. He has volunteered on the Sharon Springs Football and/or Baseball Boards for over 8 years. Rusty is a Jury commissioner for Forsyth County, and is an elder at Johns Creek Presbyterian Church.
